sound cards head mess!!!!!!!

i am looking for a new sound card and have around 25-30 pound to do so!

anyone know with to go for and/or to stay away from....

Xonar DG/DGX, same card but one is PCI and the other PCI-E. I would get DGX if your PCI-E slot isn't occupied.

got a graphics car so could not use the pci-e

You can use the 1x slot above your GPU, if you are using the motherboard in your sig .

so i would buy the dgx for that, and yeah the same motherboard

Yeah DGX is the way to go imo, PCI is slowly starting to fade so no point in picking old tech.

I've got a dgx, great card for the money. Definitely get the pci e one as new boards aren't even including pci.
