i bought a keyboard and it turns up and is some us / mucked up board. the packaging states 'enchaned english 104 key layout'

im trying to find a link or somethign that proves that this key layout is a usa key setup ive taken pictures of the board for the pay pal dispute. and you can clearly see it isnt a uk board here are some fo the pics :

and now the person is claiming im trying to 'hot swap the keyboard '

so i was wondering any1 got a program that can enhance crappy pictures ??

Some muppet ordered a box of 50million US Dell keyboards in work some time ago.

What seems apparent is that u don't see a "£" sign anywhere (great for the finance department u can appreciate) and the "@" sign is generally where the UK """ sign is (above the "2")

Similar to the Apple keyboard, only Apple have "£" signs.

(also u flip them over and a nice white label says DELL US KEYBOARD) - should have been enough, but apparently not.

just make a claim welsh ebay will decide in ur favour!! its in their policy thats what buyer protection is for! obviously seller isnt goin to agree to ur refund just escalate the claim after a few days and let paypal sort it out for you! p.s. this seller sounds like an @rse!

yeah just take photos of a keyboard that you know is english, and compare the two. If they are different then it can't possible be and english keyboard. I've used an american keyboard and it is a bit annoying
