the listing, the second picture with the box on,on the top there is a blue circle in the bottom left that has the 'key configuration' on it

Some muppet ordered a box of 50million US Dell keyboards in work some time ago.

What seems apparent is that u don't see a "£" sign anywhere (great for the finance department u can appreciate) and the "@" sign is generally where the UK """ sign is (above the "2")

Similar to the Apple keyboard, only Apple have "£" signs.

(also u flip them over and a nice white label says DELL US KEYBOARD) - should have been enough, but apparently not.

Oof.

That would be pretty hard mate.

Sorry.

just make a claim welsh ebay will decide in ur favour!! its in their policy thats what buyer protection is for! obviously seller isnt goin to agree to ur refund just escalate the claim after a few days and let paypal sort it out for you! p.s. this seller sounds like an @rse!

yeah just take photos of a keyboard that you know is english, and compare the two. If they are different then it can't possible be and english keyboard. I've used an american keyboard and it is a bit annoying

wll they will refund me if i post the ite back ... what Bs so i must be £7 out of pocket on postage because of some idiot

Following on from the chatbox...

"Can I claim a refund on sale items?

It depends on why you want to return them. The Sale of Goods Act still applies, but you are not entitled to a refund if you were told of the faults before purchase, or if the fault should have been obvious to you. Also, you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind about liking the goods."

You weren't told about the faults so you have a right to claim. :)

Well from this PDF:

http://www.berr.gov.uk/files/file25486.pdf page 3

If you sell goods at a distance, e.g. by mail

order or over the internet, you should note

that there is additional legislation that

applies to such sales which is not covered

in this guide. There are additional guides

for business on the Consumer Protection

(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

produced by the Department of Trade

and Industry and the Office of Fair Trading.

Details are on websites www.dti.gov.uk

and www.oft.gov.uk

So I guess there is something else for me to read.

I'll try to be prompt. :)

Edit:

Link for those who want to read. :)
