Software or hardware fault

Hi guys
Ive been experiencing this screen for a while. I was thinking that it were the drivers fault but i formated my hdd but the problem is still hunting me.

this is not my pic just googled one but its the same has i get and some times it just a white or black with no stripes.
I can play Battlefield 3 and pretty much stress out my gpus and dont get a single crash.
Can watch Tv series from Cucirca and Top Gear from Streetfire videos with out problems too but when it comes to youtube... ohh boy

This is my setup: (already tried all from stock including GPU bios)
MSI z68a gd80
2600k 4.6ghz
Gskill ripjawsx 2133mhz
2x6950 (unlocked shaders) 1 is from Sapphire and the other one is a Asus

If it's only on youtube then it sounds like flash player. Try updating that maybe. Other than that it might be the gpu's with them being unlocked

Looks like a screen problem to me(if the picture looks exactly the same)

(i have a problem with my screen where it can be ok for hours , but sometimes you can start to see green dots all over the screen, and its 100% the Monitor and not the gpu)

what Monitor you are using? What resolution?
try different resolutions..
Have you tried running with only 1 card at a time?
