So yea...stupid booboo today

So i was moving some of the wires in my case, and in order to do that i had to remove the noctua off my CPU. and guess what i forgot to put on when i turned my computer on again....

Thats right the cpu cooler. I FEEL STUPID, for 2 minutes and turning on the PC twice i was wondering why my computer turned off every 15 seconds. i then look down and see the noctua is on the floor

The CPU is fine, i set the load temp to 70c so if it reaches that the PC will shut off. no harm done but i feel dumber

i usually do my work on the floor. i have a large anti static mat i place on the floor, so the noctua was safe.

I'm with Sheroo, I would have been properly cacking it.

But we've all done silly things, i wondered why my need HDD wasn't working, then I remembered I hadn't formatted it yet. Oops!
