If you're reading this thread I'm guessing you're a fan of live music, and lets face it music is best live... I love music being a musician myself (as I'm typing this post I've got my strat on my lap and the marshalls cranked up next to me
), but it looks like the government wants to stop our fun and kill live music with new noise control regulations its planning on bringing out.
From the Petition itself:
"It has been brought to attention that the government wish to consider it a legal requirement in the new tax year to introduce laws insisting anyone applying or re-applying for an entertainment license must have a noise control device fitted to the venue. This will be the final NAIL for ALL entertainment in the UK as the level at which these devices CUT you off is dreadfully low and damaging.
PLEASE DO NOT INTRODUCE THIS LAW, WE LOVE LIVE MUSIC!"
Come on OC3D, I'm looking for your help to rally the masses and save our pub gigs, concerts and ALL live music! :worship:
