My E0 stepping Q9550. At $281 after Paypal coupon and $203 total after ebay live cashback, I couldn't resist. Batch is L830B421, VID of 1.2375.
So to start off, I decided to see how low I could drop the volts at stock speeds. Got it down to a nice 1.040v idle, 1.008v load:
For some fun, did a bit of clocking. Managed to get 3.2GHz 3DMark06 stable. Unfortunately wasn't Prime stable, but I bet 3.0GHz would have been.
So now it's time for some real clocking: 4.05GHz, 1.304v idle, 1.248v load
Very happy with this chip. I managed to boot into Windows at 4.25GHz with 1.392v, but cause of the terrible vdroop of my board, it froze when I started prime as the volts dropped down to 1.336v. I'll probably perform a vdroop mod at some point and try again later
