Just came across this online. Looks stunning and whilst it's not cheap at all, I didn't think it was "too" badly priced (not that I can afford it)

This desk is reaaaally cool. But also reaaaally expensive for me as a student. Also; Most people make these sort of things because they want to build it themselves (or themselfs? help plz) and make it their own.

Besides, when buying a pre-made one there's always a big chance that it's 'just not the size/style you were looking for'

Whilst I definitely agree with these points I do think you can't go far wrong with black and glass. I'm sure there are loads of people that wish they had the carpentry/metal work skills to make something like this a reality (myself included) and if i ever earned enough to be able to justify a purchase like this I wouldn't hesitate to buy it pre made or pay someone else to make it for me.

bottom line though, yeah it's hella expensive and there's no way i will be affording one any time soon.

Seems to be gash for water cooling. You'd have to put the tubing all the way from the back through the grommets since there's only fan spacing for a single 360 on each side. Looks more like this was built for workstations.

I have to say, I noticed that too and on first glimpse the HDD trays don't look removable. Would def have been nice to see them put more water cooling capability into this.
