Holding off on buying a motherboard on the off chance that I actually win one of these (hopefully the 3rd place prize as I don't usually use powerful systems).

Oh, it's not a matter of need. Even if I had a Ferrari I'd still drive the speed limit but that doesn't change the fact that, "Hey! I have a Ferrari! Look what I -could- do!"

Of those 40K I would imagine there's a lot of entries that just tried to cheat the system and enter multiple times. That's where it's probably a real pain to go through the entries.

i think it's good that tom uses this long time, that makes it possible to really check for cheaters(multiple entries and such)

Myabe he is swiming in a skip of entries and then grabs loads and puts em in a hat?

I still expect a 140mm noctua fan round the neck again tho! maybe some 120mm off the ears?
