It's actually because you uploaded your display picture (which only shows on your profile) and not your avatar. Go onto your profile, select "Edit Profile" at the top then on side menu select "Change Avatar".
Now let's keep this on topic lads please

It's annoying how everyone thinks of Nazis when they see the Swastika, despite it's origins being thousand of years before the Hitler was born. But the Nazis made it taboo to use it.
