I'm looking at water cooling but a watercooling loop usually contains parts from different brands and so it wouldnt be cooling from just one brand

Would have to be a solution like the H50/H70 then, except corsair isn't from Austria (I think)

Arctic cooling sprung to mind but that's swiss
