Smartguardian on WinXP64

I decided to try WinXP64 on my Athlon64 3200+ and DFI NF4 DR-Expert, so i downloaded Smartguardian as well, but when i tryed to run it there was error: Run-time error '48': File not found: itevio.dll

Is there any way to fix it?

Or maybe you know another monitoring tool for XP64?

As well there is something wrong with system When i running on WinXP64 (CPU not overclocked) my pc is restarting time to time, even when only Internet Explorer is in use:?

I found out what was rong:B I had 25 files infected on my PC, trojan's I kiled them last night so today later on i'll check how PC acting
