Small Upgrade, please help !

HI Guys !

First things first:
Location: Romania (I know, crappy country, crappy salaries… that’s why I came here for advice)
Budget: ~650 £
What I already have: the current build (found bellow) + mouse + keyboard + audio system
Don’t need to buy an OS
Purpose for the rig: GAMING @1080p , high – decent settings
I will not be Overclocking
I want to reuse some old parts.

I plan to do a big upgrade to my current config:
Current setup:
Intel Q9550 @4.0 Ghz , soket 775
Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR rev 1.1
8 GB (4x2 Gb) Kingston DDR3 1600 mhz @1.7v (I know… it gets hot)
EVGA GTX 470 with an arctic cooling accelero extreme 3 (3 fans on it)
2 x 500 GB WD Black (32mb buff)
1 x OCZ Vertex 2 (s-ata 2 SSD) 120 GB
Thermaltake Smart SE 630W modular PSU
Case: Raidmax Viper Black / orange

Parts I consider purchasing:
CPU: Intel 4570 @ 3.2 Ghz - I consider it to be enough for Gaming (120£)

CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (21£) – I currently have the Hyper 212 PLUS and I intend to sell it with the CPU + MB in a package.

MB: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 – not a fan of mATX, also love to have 4 DIMM slots (for future upgrades), one PCI-ex 3.0 is enough for me (don’t plan to SLI in the future), 6 audio ports, USB 3.0 support for the case (58£)

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 OC – love the 3 fan design (cool and quiet) (215£)

RAM: 2x4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600 Mhz – I read a lot of articles and everyone recommends 1.5v memory for Haswell CPUs . (55 £)

CASE: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 – I fell in love with this case and could not find a better one at this price point (70 £)

What do you guys think about the parts / thoughts ?

Hey Moron! I myself have been looking into builds (for far too long-as some could attest :p) Anyways...!

If your not overclocking the intel should be pretty good! (reading up myself on that too atm) If you wanted you might not have to get an aftermarket cooler (unless you really wanted it ofc :)) It would reduce temps, but not 100% needed with no Oc'ing, but ofc looks alot nicer! (just thinking of cost/saving money) tho i could be wrong!

The arc midi v2, many people here will recommend that! It is a lovely case&Ttl's review is great! (i was set on the r4, but the review&peoples thoughts turned me to the arc) There is also the 'mini' aswell now! (smaller, but has some nice features too - such as ssd mounts, removable optical bays - i think)

The psu should be ok (havent looked it up yet, sry in a rush :p) ive usually been checking out Seasonic/xfx/antecs & some of the corsairs.

Anyways i hope this helps! I'm sure more people will reply soon aswell! I'm not a pro just trying to help, if i can :)

Thank you for the quick reply.
I would rather go with an aftermarket cooler, although i'm not planning to OC.
I like things on the cool and quiet side.
Thank you for the opinion regarding the case. (i know that the mini R2 has the SSD special mounts on the back but i'm not planning to use them. Also have them in the ARC MIDI R2- hate the fact you have to screw them in before the MB).
Regarding the PSU... I don't have many options in my country and it's a solid fit at the moment. 630 W (Bronze) , modular and 49A on the +12V single rail. More than fits for what i need. The only down side... cables a bit to rigid for my tastes ... but works wonders :)

Cheers. Looking forward for other opinions.
