tgrech, I have something similar, I tend to pull a certain muscle in my chest quite a lot and make the worst assumption possible and think it's a heart attack.
To ease your mind a bit. Patients with heart attacks can't pinpoint the source of the pain with their finger. They always point with the whole hand, as their whole chest hurts. Also, pain very often spreads to the left shoulder or arm. So as long as you can pinpoint the source of pain it highly likely isn't a heart attack. But if you have occurring pain you should go to your doctor and check it out.
