It's beyond hilarious. Straight away, even in the title, she blames everything on me. I've shot her a reply asking her to forward all of the time/date stamped emails she has sent me. I bet she can't.

What I will do is call "Mike" and give him loads of work for her to pay for, then hopefully move out when it's all done

Just be careful that she just doesn't get a way to drop the bill upon you. Since from what I've been reading, she seems like trouble and it wouldn't surprise me if you let this contractor in and then you end up with the bill.

tbh, I prefer Polish workers (referring to the guys here in Norway) than scandinavian ones. They seem eager and dedicated. And do a fantastic job. Not to mention they are cheaper.

I am not talking off the books cash in hand. I mean even those employed by actual companies. They come in, fix things quick and get out. Not stand around charging me by the hour and working 50% of the time.

To this. Computer controlled building. Each resident has a login code and panic button. It tells you the bus times, business opening hours, etc etc. It's incredible.

Marble shower.

Modern flooring.

Windows with blinds built in.

PVC radiators. Never seen anything like this.

Storage in bathroom

Private throne area

Bedroom

Walk in closet. It goes to the right at a funny angle, amazing use of space.

Living room.

Again built in blinds and loads of storage in the crawl space there.

Kitchen is all contemporary and has granite tops.

Rads are all computer controlled.

It's just immense tbh. Really is beautiful.

Oh yeah, check out the view from the windows.

Can't wait. Just given my 2 months notice and then I am the fudge outta here. Packing is in full swing too.

Oh yeah forgot to say. The trust who owns the flat are now at war with my landlady and I don't have to lift a single finger. They're incredible. So they got an enormous bunch of flowers

TBH the moving part isn't hard. Mostly because I am throwing everything in the damn bin and starting again. I don't want the crap my ex wife wanted tbh. We always differed there. I hate old buildings (living in one) I prefer ultra modern.

I've already packed the entire living room sans the TV and speakers. The next big job is the kitchen, because again it's all going in the bin.

But yeah the bed, cabinets etc? they will all be flat packed and brand new. So I don't even have to bother taking any of the old crap apart.

Huge dude. My mood has been off the chart good. I'd actually forgotten how good life could feel tbh. The charity trust have taken over all of my stress. They really are amazing.

On a side note I was meant to go into work today but called feeling unwell and as I deal with a hell of a lot of people everyday the head trainer said "best not create an epidemic"

My camera does weird things to colours as all lights in my rig are bright white and bright red not blue ^_^-
