Small factor gaming PC - What to choose???

Hi,
today the small factor gaming PC's offer pretty good performance to size.
I am about to purchase one but I am not sure what would be the best one.
maybe someone from tech/spec point of view can suggest what is better?
It's important to say that I am going to install SSD as my hardrive and I am not that much of a gamer ( rarely play games.) but I would like a pretty solid and small factor PC

I have 3 options and each one have CONS and PROS:

Option 1:
Giada D2308U
PROS:
2 x 4GB pre installed
CPU - i7-4500U
Blue-ray reader
remote control included
CONS:
WiFi - only "n" band
SATA connection is only SATAII (3GB/s) - that means I will not gain the top speed of SSD

price - 850 EUR

Option 2:
ZOTAC ZBOX EN760
PROS:
much cheeper
IR reader

CONS:
no DisplayPort
no 4K in the future (not sure if I need anyway)
slower CPU

price - 520 EUR

Option 3:
Gigabyte GB-BXi5G-760
PROS:
GPU - GTX 760
DisplayPort

CONS:
from reviews I read, it is very loud, even on idle.
no IR for remote control

price - 600 EUR

What is more important in daily use? CPU, GPU, SATA speed?
So what should I choose?
Please help me to decide...

Peter

Personally I'd build a mITX system.. but that's just me.

Of the 3 you posted I'd have to say the Gigabyte Brix, as they have excellent after sales support and customer service. Giada I've never heard of and TBH never had much luck with Zotac hardware.

Yeah +1 for custom built. CM Elite 110 case is still pretty small and cheap. Should get you better performance as well.

Didn't that Brix PC have massive heat issues with thermal throttling?

I know the earlier i3 and i5s did. So they should have ironed out those issues with the new ones.
