it works now...its fast too...i just bumped the voltage up to 2.9.....and i overclocked the proccy....205 FSb...so 2460 because it is on a x12 multiplier...

2.9 hmm i think thats a bit to high for TCC5 lol dont you think

It's borderline. Any higher and you're being dumb like Frag and his TCCD which ended up like a three legged rat trying to run on a wheel. :p

i wouldve just put it to 2.8v, i wouldnt risk it at 2.9

That's what I said, especially being @ DDR400 2225. I think he shld RMA it cuz he practically murdered it already.

It's called being hardcore, don't confuse the two nub.

Remember the other day when I told you to turn off your PC fully every time you changed a component Ian? Especially RAM? No? Obviously not. Remember the time when I told you to listen to people who knew a lot more than you and gave you advice Ian? No?...thought not.

You do not deserve to have a nice computer like that. Give me all of your components and buy a Dell. It will work and be quite fast. Then at least you'll have the nub computer you need and I'll have a PC that I'll appreciate and take care of. I'm serious: the overclocking gods do NOT want you to mess with their shit. Its like putting Red Tea China in a room with a crazed bull.

Nick: TCC5 (what Ionicle has) will go faster using higher volts than TCCD. My TCCD actually likes 2.9v and fails memtest at lower volts. No higher than that: just 2.9v. So...does your PC actually work or have you screwed it up......again?
