Slight problem with new build

Funny thing, after getting it all together and having it basically work there is something fishy going on with it. I can get it to the BIOS screen and once it resets it hangs on post code 25 41 then 19. I can only get it past this if I take out the battery and reset the BIOS. Any thoughts? The RAM works but is that code for RAM?

Quick Google gives us this.

So I got mine figured out. As I said before, ROG connect showed this to be a cmos issue and not a memory issue, well it turned out it did not like my TV tuner card being installed in the PCIe x4 slot. As soon as I removed it everything started working properly. No code 19 during a reboot, no random stops during cold boots. So if you are getting this code, make sure you have removed all hardware down to the bare minimum and see if that fixes the issue and then start trouble shooting the issue.

Apparently you need to disable PLL voltage. Or you can read on and try the other steps given there.

I tried down clocking the RAM with xmp to 2133, 1866, and 1600 with no luck. The thing works fine with after I take the battery out but on reset it hangs on 19.

how many sticks of ram are you using? are they all the same make and timings? have you tried booting the pc with just one stick at a time to make sure it's not a faulty stick causing issues?

I've done ever combo on the RAM I can think of that won't wreck the board. I tried changing the timing from someone's advice, nothing. I feel like the RAM is the issue. Call me crazy but I had that feelingabout the last two motherboards. So who makes good trustworthy RAM at 2133 or less in ddr4

Since I've never had a problem with RAM before and the lists are so specific on the Asus QVL which ones should I try? It's rather confusing.
