SLI need help PLEASE.

Hi Guys!

I got 2 GTX, one from XFX been oc from XFX and one from OEM with stock speed. Just wonder could I run SLI on those cards or I have to have 2 cards wiht the same speed? Thanks for your help.

Should work if you put the slower card in 1st. As long as thats all thats different about them.

Or you could flash the bios to the same speed.

Edit: im assuming you do have an SLI board...

If it is clock speed, it souldn't matter.

The memory has to be the same size too, but with two GTXs you won't need to worry.

When you get SLI running.. start overclocking clocking one card will clock the other. So either overclock the slower card or underclock the faster card.

Thanks much for your help and another question is where can I find the SLI cable (the one connect 2 cards together) and any sugestion a good SLI board? Thanks again guys

I got one GTX for my b'day and I had one runing at a moment so just wonder 30" panel should suit for SLI GTXs?
