Sleepmode turns off second drive

As some of you may know i now got a ssd and a hdd setup, but i went away, pc went into sleepmode and now the hdd is gone :s

If i go to config energy management, i can only put it on balanced, no matter what i do, high performance is not saving :s

please help me out as i find this very unusual

Have you tried creating your own power plan?

If you can't make it stay on high performance, change the power settings for balanced just select never for both monitor and HDD sleep. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work (admin acc right?), can you post a screen shot?

1. first, set your power plan to high performance
   
2. then, create your own profile... (this will use the high profile as a template)
   
3. edit this profile further, by turning all power savings off

Make sure Hard drive is not set to turn off at any time.
