SilverStone FT02B vs Xigmatek Elysium

LOL anyone who considers the tj07 as tacky has something seriously wrong with them. its so elegant no sharp edges, the simplicity is awesome. you could mod it into the perfect case in 45 mins + the time it takes at a powdercoater

its built of thick aluminium you could probably throw it out of a second floor window and it would be fine, you can take it apart with one screw driver. if the tj07 was built out of crappy steel and plastic it would be a hell of alot cheaper than £200 you seem to forget the ally is very expensive

its also kinda small and can fit a lot in there, it is a brilliant design. any idiot can make something big and throw a dozen radiators in there

But I didn't say the case was tacky, I think having the the inside not powdercoated and it all shiny alu is tacky.

And how does being able to throw a case out of a window matter, will you ever be in a situation where that matters, nope. So does what it is made of even matter, nope.

The point is, with the Switch, you don't have to spend time doing things to it, and you don't have to spend more money to get how you want.

Any idiot can do what is needed to a tj07, the same as anyone can do what they want in a Switch, the point is, with the Switch you don't need to do anything and it's over £50 cheaper, and has more features.

If you feel that because the case is made out of aluminum instead of steal and that some how makes a difference, then I feel sorry for you. Once everything is in there and it's under your desk or wherever it is, it makes no difference what it's made of.

I like the tjo7, and I like the Switch, but to me the Switch is the better case and cheaper.

If you are going to water cool in the future ny vote is for the Elysium.I just finished my move over from a Antec 1200 to the Elysium and the case is huge.Plenty of room for rads at the top bottom and front.I have a Phobya 240mm at the top and a Phobya 200mm at the bottom.
