Several BSOD's, thinking memory?

As of three days ago I'm having issues with my computer.

It started off with it simply not booting. In fact, untill I cut the power for 10 seconds I couldn't even get it to POST.

After that however, it would boot just fine and I used it the entire day without any further issues. The next day, I experienced the same problem. However, this time when I got it to boot it presented me with a BSOD.

So I rebooted, got an option to go to startup recovery and so I did, let it try to fix things, and then this happened:

Safe to say that didn't get me anywhere.

After that I've tried booting several times, presenting me with several BSODs.

Also had some more of the Memory_management BSODs.

Last time I had an "IRQ LESS OR NOT LESS EQUAL" (or something like that) BSOD my mobo was fried.

I'm thinking my memory might be dead, but I'm not sure. If any of you could help shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Could it also be my motherboard or cpu? Will run memtest later but having trouble getting my hands on it cuz I don't have a PC at my disposal right now.

I have returned my BIOS to default settings, so no more overclocks or anything, but that didn't help.

Also reseathed the memory, again that didn't help.

Couldn't come at a worse moment this, I'm in the final year of the Dutch equivalent of ehh.. "high school" I beleive it is. (HAVO 5) Got my final exams in a few months and I NEED a computer for school. Oh, and like every 17 year old, I'm out of money and right now I don't have a job. FML lol.

Note 1: specs should be on my profile

Note 2: images havent been resized because I was afraid the error codes would become unreadable, but this turned out not to be the case. My apologies!

Got hold of a memory stick with Memtest on it, tested both DIMMS seperately and turns out one of them is faulty. Now running on one DIMM, but my computer is gasping for memory so it's not of much use. Still, glad it's not the CPU or mobo, would've been even more of a pain.

Thanks anyway OC3D!
