Server grade SSD in a gaming rig?

Hi everyone.

I came across a rather special discount offer today and I need some advice.

It's an:
Intel 910 Series Ramsdale SSDPEDPX800G301 PCI-E 800GB PCI Express MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

In Norwegian e-shop it normally costs about 3400 GBP.
Today though I found a discounted bundle with the Intel 910 800GB + Intel 520 120GB SSD for about 480 GBP.
Would this be a good system disk in an enthusiast / gaming rig or am I just being blinded by the insane price drop?

Yes the price is still quite high and I don’t necessarily need it, but I still want one just because of the insanity of having it in a gaming rig.

The biggest thing stopping me is that I am building a custom water cooling case that will have very low airflow over the motherboard area because of a separate chamber design, and the SSD requires 300cfm to stay cool.

I’m not so confident in that I can find a way to mount a water block to it either.
