Seasonic SS-860XP boot up problem

I`m the proud owner of this platinum unit however lately I can only power up by switching on the PSU switch. The case switch does work but only when powering off. Sometimes I have to switch it off & on repeatedly (3-6 times) but once the PC powers up its absolutely fine with no unexpected shutdowns, in fact the machine is otherwise super stable.
The voltage rails seem ok. There must be something shorting at boot up?
I took the pc apart and re-assembled everything with no luck.
Any ideas anyone?
The unit is 3 yrs old so still under the 5 yr warranty but the hassle of it all. I want to enjoy my gaming for awhile so its something I can live and will prob do the RMA next yr when I upgrade the mobo and chip.

After some further googling it appears all XP*** series suffer from some IC tripping out.
Oh dear looks like I`ll have to RMA and probably swap it out with a corsair Ax1200 if I can get hold of one. I have one of those in my other rig- absolutely sublime

A quick update. Swapped out PSU with a corsair HX-750 I had in my spare rig. All is now fine. That Cosrair unit is gold/platinum and an absolute legend for its time!
Have been issued a RMA no from Seasonic and will be sending it off to Germany for hopefully a new unit.
A bit pissed off as to why I cant send it to a UK address
