Scrubs is loesing zach braff at they end of the current series, tho he will show up from time to time as a guest on the new series.

Any fans think this is going to ruin the show?

This was announced like 6 months ago? They we're either gonna cancel it or carry on with out him.

The last episode was fairly epic though!

how can they lose jd him and turk r the main characters?? maybe they will move the show on and start it like it is a new year and concentrate on 2 other not so bright in-turns(sorry if i spelt that last word wrong!! what the hell! :) ) and it will be like startin the show from the start again!

This is old news now actually, but true non the less (and probably a result of the time it takes US shows to hit our shores).

The show had already began to stagnate, with episodes using the same tired jokes again and again, uninventive plot lines and frankly irritating new characters. Don't get me wrong, I loved the show for a long time (to about season 4 or 5) but then it grew tiresome and should have reached a natural end right there.

jd will still be in it just not a main character, so im sceptical. ima hold off to if its good bad or horifficly bad till i see it

Old news...

They said they will have a new intern(s) as the main character.

Seems like a good reboot if the new intern is similar to JD.

gonna say, wasnt it last year sometime the last episode was screened with zach in it. I'm just happy House and The big band theoryare back on (blonde woman in it is HOT HOT HOT! :p )

It's finally getting to that time of year when TV is getting good again..

Shame my name is Earl won't be back, and it left at a cliff hanger :(

yeah my name is earl was amazing, mabey they will do a one off special to round it off in the future? iirc another show that i cant remember the name of did that a while ago.

While some of you may know, others probably wont so I figured I'd post the good news:

he revamped version of medical comedy Scrubs is to return to ABC on December 1.

The show's star Zach Braff will appear in six episodes of the new season, the focus of which will shift from Sacred Heart Hospital to a medical school, Variety reports.

John C. McGinley and Donald Faison are the only cast members who will be returning full-time, with their characters Dr Cox and Christopher Turk becoming teachers at the facility.

Eliza Coupe, Michael Mosley, Kerry Bishe and Dave Franco will also feature in the series when it returns to US screens on Tuesdays at 9pm.

Sarah Chalke, who has signed on to appear in six episodes, recently revealed that her real-life pregnancy has been written into the show.
