Screws and Rads

Looking to mount a 360 to the roof in Push/Pull. Now, they only ship me 12 x 6-32 screws, 30mm long. So, to tie everything together, I would need a total of 24.

Question is, would it be ok to just use two screws per fan? Which in turn would mean a total of 6 screws (of the 12 total possible) securing my rad to the roof? Or bite the bullet, order some extra ones and wait for it?

Thanks!

Six screws will be just fine - and there won't be a problem with the weight stressing the threads and such. Just go diagonal ;)

It's only a question of rattles and vibrations, whether the full 12 would be better...

Haha... was thinking the same thing. I need to order some more fittings anyways, so can add in some screws on top... then everything be spot on. :D

Just going to make sure I order enough to replace all my current ones as well (since I am ordering some anyways), just in case the head is a bit different. Then they will all match.

I always order my own screws, because I never like screws that they sent you with rads,I just prefer allen head screws.

2 per fan would work fine, you can hold an entire rad in with very few screws.

its just the looks imo, having missing screws looks incomplete and tacky. id say order the screws, but dont wait to put them in, just add them once they arrive =)
