What do I get, Im in a bit of a dilema?

For around £800, I can get a 30" Dell, which will be the dogs nuts, and amazing for films etc.

I can also get 3x22" screens and a triple head to go, getting something like this:

I just want some input on which people would think was better, The dell would be a higher quality panel, and give me a taller space to work in, but triple screens will be far wider and have many more pixels in which to game in..

in my opinion the triple screen would be my choice due to the immersion it gives you...However someone correct me if i'm wrong, but I'm very sure that you would need a whoping amount of GPU Power especialy for the higher end games...assuming you play games.

what GFX setup do you have, I would Imagine TRI SLI GTX 260/280'S Would give comfartable performance with this setup although I'm sure someone better expeainced will chime in.

the 30" I'm sure will be much easier to power, but It all depends on your useage.

My advice is you want to be ver carefull as In my opinion you will need a £800 gfx solution to power it & it could end up being a constant problem into the future.

what spec namely GFX & CPU setup do you have?

This would be along with a 4870x2 and I7 upgrade :) My exam payouts are coming...

Perhaps a good 1080p lcd tv would do the same job?

Get a high end 32" tv (like the 32w4000 from sony)

slightly cheaper, slightly bigger and should do the job? perhaps?

hmmm can't say how powerful a 480 X2 is excatly as I have not tried one, although I here there good but I still have a little doubt maybe X fire but not sure about how it scales what kind games you play, are they demanding??? just feel 3 screens is gonna give a hugh FPS drop.

lol @ comfartable. *being a child*

I'd personally go for the single display. Though if you do any sort of design work, then three screens would be sweet.
