I've done probably 10 RMA's with them over the years. Never had a single issue. When I've had to RMA stuff with other companies (Aria, Ebuyer) I've had to send them the items back at my own expense. Never had to do that with Scan which is both convenient and saves me money. It's a shame you've had a bad turn with them but cant say I'd agree that people should stay away from them based on your experience here as that isn't indicative of my own experience with them over the past decade.
