I'm thinking of giving a new BIOS a try - one that's four or five generations more current - and I want to preserve my settings. I know (the hard way) that profiles saved to my BIOS's chip are wiped by a flash, but let's say I save a v2605 profile to a USB stick - would I be able to load it up in BIOS v3003?
For the record, it's a ROG Strix B450 - I don't know whether this kind of thing would vary between manufacturers, I'm just curious as to whether anybody has done it in the past.
If it's a "no", I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet, take a load of pics on my phone, and key them all in manually.
Cheers,
