sat nav map

hi, i recently moved abroad to peru and took my sat nav. a tom tom one 2nd edition. it currently has a map of the uk but no map of peru. it has a signal here and it detects the satallites etc... i looked at the tom tom website and has no map of peru. anyone know where i can get a map of peru? i know that there is one since i have seen sat navs for sale here and have seen people using them. thanks james

There might be a map, but maybe its on another satnav, and not tomtom?

Might be worth giving tom tom a ring, see what they say?

it may be available on a pre-bought sat nav, but not as an extra map. They did this with the new zealand ones a while back.
