haha, well the 290 DD variant is actually quite the beauty, if I didnt have a watercooling loop I would have gone for them. I honestly dont like the look of the 295x2 much, strangely it looks cheap due to the color/paint job?

If I would get it then I would slap a water block on it without doubt. This card needs a proper WC set up.

Acording to this then temps are very nice considering the dual gpu heat output.

yea those temps are decent, however you will have the advantage of two separate ones.

For example my 2 290x's with the razor blocks, all my fans are silent (sub 900rpm phobya ones) and with my 290x's dont break past 42C with both of them OC'd to 1200mhz core. This is with an ambediant temp of 29C not to mention the duct heating from the house.
