got a bit of a problem here MSI after burner lets me change voltage but limits the clock to same as CCC, Trixx lets me change clock higher and CC but wont let me change voltage i disabled ULPS but it still wont let me.

How can i get MSI afterburner to allow higher clocks as i prefer that software

? its on bios 1 and i dont have a problem with changing clocks or voltage just one program wont do both!!!!!!!

solved the afterburner issues this card is a crap OC i cant even max out CC limits without it crashing.

Is that not what the second BIOS is for? Or am I misunderstanding something here?

If you are overclocking in CCC then don't come out of it and go into Afterburner (make sure to uncheck the enable overclock in CCC)

Now enable unofficial overclocking in afterburner

After you have done this you should increase the voltage to about 1175mv and start at ~1000mhz and go up (if you have the slider for the power control in Afterburner then put it to +20)

In the end you should (if it is an average overclocker) see any where from 1100 to 1250mhz

As for memory just keep going up - EVERY card should be able to do over 1450mhz

Hope this helps
