Ok I have done the calculations and the heat capacity in KJ per cubic centimeter per degree celcius for Gallium is 2.261. Water is 4.1813. Therefore a cooler based on Gallium would have to have a double the flow, for the same delta in temperature. As to the increased conductivity of Gallium does anyone have any info on this?
 
This post is very old and has been reposted many times.

Maybe liquid metal will work in the future, but it's not in force right now.
