first of all, i bought this keyboard a while ago, so i cant show you me unpacking it bit by bit (which is a shame, but has to be lived with), however, it does give me the chance to tell you how it holds out over use for a long period of time, and i must say it works well for a long time

right, first of all, the box

pretty decent looking box, in purple, and black, works for what its needed too

the other side of the box boasts the product's spec's and details, everything you want to know at a glance

you get the usual instruction book with it, with installation information in every language under the sun, only one page of English however, so it was relatively simple, it says along the lines of 'plug it in a usb port, and it will work, if it doesn't, contact us, on this number' ...and there's a customer support number, and like it sais, it works, as soon as u plug it in, windows automatically recognizes it, no drivers, no software needed, it just works straight from the off

it looks good in the light, top right hand corner are just some simple buttons, volume down, volume up, mute, and light button, press it once, and the light dims, twice, it goes off, and once more, and it comes back up to full strength, kinda handy if you leave your pc on overnight, and you don't want a bright keyboard shining, and making your room bright, and leaving you unable to sleep

in the dark is where this keyboard excels itself

here is a shot of it in the dark, it isn't too good, as its hard to pick light up in the dark, well, it seems to be with my camera, but i assure you, this keyboard looks very professional in the dark, the lights shine through clearly, all the letters have clear plastic where the letter themselves are, and grey around it, and this shines the letters upwards, so you can see what you are typing

some more pic's of this keyboard in the dark:

overall, i think this keyboard at £35 (which is what i paid) is value for money, you get a great keyboard, which feels good to type on, the keys dont rattle around like on cheaper keyboard's, they don't get stuck, they just press in nicely, and rather softly, and it makes typing so much better, i thought this would wear off, but here i am several months later, and it still feels the same as when i bought it, the quality of this keyboard just exell's above all others,

so my overall score for this keyboard?

10/10

i would deduct points, but there's nothing to deduct, its plug and play, so you dont have problems, it lights up, and does exactly what it sais it does, and its stil of the same quality nearly a year after i bought it, it was obviously built to last, i would recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants one, its a great keyboard that works perfectly, and looks damn good in the dark
