Safe Volts and Temp???

This board as suggested hasn't made things straight forward for me.

It hates 4.6 Ghz, at any volts and won't start up from cold. However it seems to relish 4.8Ghz but i'm slightly concerned about the volts and temps running prime95.

I'm running the big FFT's torture test and i'm hitting 70C at 1.408 volts.

CPUZ showing between 1.408 and 1.412

Hardware Monitor recorded between 1.41 and 1.43

System is

ASRock Fatality P67 Pro

Intel i7 2600k

16Gb Corsair Vengeance 8-8-8-24 1600 Mhz

Corsair HX 750 psu

EVGA 9800 gtx x 2 in SLI

HDD - Various all mech no SSD yet.

Should I be concerned or are these figures reasonable for 24/7 use?

torture and its 70c looks ok remember you wont be under full load all the time 1.4 volts and 70c are good to go

I'll leave it at 4.8 then instead of dicking around trying to get 4.6 stable.
