sorted. I've read a few terms and conditions at online retailers and they all write like to inspect the parcel before signing and if it's damaged write about it on the signing paper and if possible check the goods with the courrier
Yup, new case arrived and is much better with the exception of a stuck screw which holds the second hard drive rack in place. Ended up having to get a small drill bit and drill the screw out so all is sorted!
the only times i have problems with scan is when i buy a broken motherboard. have to go through all the agro of testing etc, even though ive spend like 50 grand there over the years (customer builds)
