Sabertooth X79 RAID

Hey,

I just returned my Sabertooth X79 for RMA. When i install the USB3.0 driver it works perfectly.

But when i reboot the system, it loses the driver. Pretty annoying.

So i asked on a forum and they said to do a BIOS Flash. So i did.

Now after the flash instead of losing the driver on reboot, it looses it after about 30 seconds.

So i've send it back for RMA.

Now the question is, i've got a RAID Setup. Is it possible to recover the RAID from the SSD's, or is a new RAID nessesary?

the raid'd drives have been 'married'

placing a SET of these drives in any rig (in ANY order), will result in them being recognised as a RAID storage.

even win7 will recognise them without a raid controller.

if ANY one of the set is missing, the raid will be incomplete, and the boot partition will fail

works indeed. Motherboard just arrived, only had to set the SATA mode to RAID, and it booted.

Thx guys!
