Purely as an FYI, how legit are these (I haven't the time to verify them...being at work & all...)?

Should they have listed them yet?

I wouldn't worry, that's probably just BS based on speculation.

Game debate isn't really a reliable source of info, it is likely a placeholder until they get official info. They have gotten stuff wrong in the past.

OK so I am to assume that these are basically replacements for the 470 and 480, right?

BTW I have also seen a rumour that the 570 will be 4gb only. If that's true it will properly separate the 570 from the 580, unlike the 470 and 480. Remember though, just speculation.
