I've never seen this (I don't think)? It was probably done before I joined up. Where can this be found?

Look for an Ali G vid, if its still up. Its one of his most honest and heart warming vids tbh, and the juxtaposition of him dressed as Ali G is bonkers, but at the same time 100% TTL. (It's a subscriber vid I think)I've never seen this (I don't think)? It was probably done before I joined up. Where can this be found?
@TTL - Would be nice if you could do a walk through/install guide/review of your stealthy desk lighting. I don't normally go for that sort of thing, but.... I also think you should give out all the specs of the paint colours and desks etc that you used - I know there'll be people out there who want to recreate it... - make a nice vid.
We did matey - all in house job. The cases are just to keep my brain ticking over and I like having something a bit different. All materials are 3M but this is motorway spec stuff - complete arse to work with!

The desk lights are in now and done in such a way I cant put the desks out without it being a mission. Its actually 7 Ikea RGB kits all custom wired up

It sounds like you may have used retro-reflective paint. For those in the UK, there is a company called GLOWTEC who sells this stuff...although you may want to get a second mortgage if planning to paint something like a 900D! :blink:
I am assuming you commissioned your GFX guru buddy once again TTL for the artwork, awesome case and an ingenious use of an otherwise obscure product. :rock:

It looks fantastic and the idea of using the reflective material is a stroke of genius, it looks backlit without any of the hassle which comes with that.
I am seriously thinking of using your method to do a graphic on my case as apposed to edge lighting an engraved logo as I had been planing, do you mind sharing where you got the materials from?
Did you cut everything yourself or do you have someone who can do it to order that others like myself could use too?

Its all done by us now, its not something any of us are really looking to ofer as a service - this is just about doing something different.

Tidy,we used to use it on motorbikes,I had Kawasaki cut in that material for the belly pan of my ZXR 750.
I found it stiff and the glue....well lets just say it wont fall off and god help you if you dont line up right..
Hmmm....might redo the stencil work on my S3 now....

If you know anything about aussie rugby league then you may have heard of the mighty St. George Dragons (red and white). This msi stuff is purrfect for a theme build. I've got a z87 gd65 in a 750d case but I'd be all over a white version if/when it comes out.
