A few months back I sent in my sabertooth motherboard because of a PCIE problem, I get an email saying they lost the motherboard. So today I come home and I have a brand spanking new Sabertooth 990FX. But I already bought myself a Gigabyte UD3 990FX because ASUS said it may be months for a motherboard to get to me. Would it be worth it to rip apart my water loop again to install the sabertooth or do you think my UD3 (other than PCIE lanes) equal to my sabertooth? BTW if I decide not to switch I will sell it for $140 OBO

The gigabyte mobo looks fine to me,140$ saved for future upgrades

If your setup functions well why split it apart.I can remember your big trouble with the old sabertooth.

I'd replace it. I was using the same board you are, it lasted just over 3 months before the VRM failed hard. I would say the sabertooth is probably better.
