Hey guys I'm building a new rig and need a goog gpu for xtreme gaming anything u guys would recommend

a single 560ti or a 550ti is honestly all you need for gaming, If you want Extreme gaming get a Gtx 570/580

GTX570/580 are outdated tbh, what do you mean by xtreme gaming? Would be nice to know what kind of budget you have for the graphics card..

HD7970 / GTX680 get 60fps with pretty much all games maxed out on 1080p.

Xtreme gaming is probably the best way I have heard someone describe gaming. But honestly the 570 is not really outdated.... I was using it up until about a day ago and it still ran EVERYTHING. Including Metro 2033 with everything maxed. If you have the budget though I would probably wait for the 670 or 660ti.

I'm not saying it can't run current games at acceptable setting anymore mate, I'm saying there are better, more efficient cards out there. Take the 7850/7870 for example. They deliver similar performance, but use a lot less energy to do so.

By the way, why is this in liquid cooling?
