got some headphones today and i dont like them tbh so i wanna return them but as they came in blister packaging the box is destroyed so will they be ok to return?

bought them from SCAN direct aswell

You need to speak to them really.

You may have problems as it's not in the condition they sent you it in, but then again there wasn't anything you could have done to avoid it if they choose to package it in that way.

See what Scan say, if they say no, call up the Office of Fair Trading or an Ombudsman and they'll tell you your legal stand-point over the phone for free, and they'll sort it all out for you if you are entitled to return it and Scan still refuse.

Makes no difference the returns policy should be the same. If they do take it back they probably will do it as an exchange rather than a refund, as the product is now unsaleable as "new". Hope it gets sorted though.

well i am gna ring them today ile take them back in the puch that comes with the headphones

ide want a rufunf tho tbh

If you purchased it in store you have no right to return it unless faulty. Any 'change of mind' policy will be company specific. If you had purchased it online you could argue your distance purchasing rights, claim the choice of packaging is their problem and perhaps return them within 7 working days.

Ring them, be polite, tell them you're really not happy with the quality of them and ask if you can upgrade to a more expensive product.

i have rang them and explained it came in blister pack to whitch he said iot shouldent of and said if they are in perfect condition then a refund will be given.

i did also say oi dont like them them as they dont fit correctly and they arnt what i wanted

he did agree and say its bad they came like that as how are you meant to be tested if they come in that packaging

i was polite anyway nice guy me lol

EDIT-just returned them for a full refund :)
