Hey Guys, Just watched Tom's Youtube run of this and thought I would try it myself. Used the same settings @ 1920x1080p as the video apart from the Refresh Rate, Tom's ran at 50Hz, I ran mine at 120Hz, don't know what difference R/rates make? Rig 3930K @ 4.2Ghz, GTX590's @ stock in Quad SLI, 32Gb Corsiar RAM @ 1600Mhz. Scored 16217, see S/Shots below.

EDIT
Just re-ran test @ 60Hz R/Rate, scored 15987 so not much difference compared to original @ 120Hz

Refresh rate is the rate at which the monitor updates its picture. Having a machine that produces 200 fps is pointless on a 60hz monitor because the monitor will only show 60fps. Vsync would match your hardware fps to the monitor's refresh rate, without that checked it won't affect your benchmark score. :D

Thank you for the information, people always say "You learn something new everyday" That is certainly very true for me since I have been a member on OC3D. Cheers

the main differance you will notice between 50-60-120 is the amount of blur when say spinning on the spot other than that i dont notice much differance, i have a 120Hz screen and on things like tropico when whizing about there is a little less blur from the trees and such, same on driving games you just find the image is a little more clear :) so if your only getting 60fps its no biggie :) crysis 3 for most people wont hit 60
