Reference 7970.

Does anybody have a list including model numbers of reference board 7970s because i am having a real issue with trying to find reference board cards.

R7970-2PMD3GD5/OC from MSI are reference, ive got 2, but they stopped selling these a while ago

Ah damn. Its not urgent but im just trying to piece together roughly how much a new build will cost me and at the moment its about 2 grand for a 4770k, 7970 and watercooling :/

Could always go with a 770 or 780?

Thats what im thinking, if im sinking that much into a whole new rig i may as well just got 780

I would tbh. A 7970 is still a brilliant card but if you're getting a brand new rig you may aswell make sure everything is new.

Yhh, the 780 does look sweet. seems to really be closing the gap between AMD vs Nvidia and if its cost effective to go AMD or Nvidia. I currently have a gtx 460 and pentium e6700 so anything is an upgrade at this point.
