Thought I'd create a topic here too despite receiving a reply about cases, cooling and sound card advice in another forum which wasn't receiving many bites. What have here for you guys is a "challenge" if you will.

Below is a condensed version of the spec for my ever changing new behemoth along with the total costs of the top 2 places I've shopped around at and, the spec of my current machine.

I need a case which is £50~150, no larger than 580mm (58cm) in height and 460~480mm (46~48cm) in depth. So far the cases I've been recommended are Coolermaster HAF 932 and CM Storm Sniper, niether of which are adequate.

Gigabyte X58-UD5 mobo

My vote goes to the Silverstone FT01 Fortress. :)

A very well built chassis that really looks the part.

How strict are you on the depth. theres the Antec P182, it' 51cm deep but only 52cm hih and 21cm wide

What made the cases 'not adequate'? Was it just size or features etc?

Cos if you've got size restrictions you may as well just go grab a PC8.
