Maybe BestBuy thinks the Redditor took the GPU and put rocks in and is now seeking a refund when he has the GPU. That's a horrible position to be in, because BestBuy has to 'investigate' whether you did something you know you didn't do, before you can actually get the product or the money back. The poor guy is stuck between a... rock... and a hard place...
