DCII, i have the 7950 DCII Top, and it can barely hold the factory overclock. i may send it back to asus
I was under the impression that there was a known bad batch of 7950s launched, where the heatsink didn't properly connect to some components it was supposed to - hence temps got very high very quickly.
I haven't noticed any similar issues with my 7970 as yet.
