RealTemp 3.60 or Core Temp 0.99.8

Guys this is driving me nuts, I have read a few threads on this topic on random forums over the net and really having trouble finding a stright answer!

Which one of these is correct/more reliable?

Core Temp 0.99.8 reads;

Core 0 - 48c

Core 1 - 46c

Core 2 - 47c

Core 3 - 46c

Real Temp 3.60 reads;

Core 0 - 29c

Core 1 - 25c

Core 2 - 27c

Core 3 - 26c

This is a crazy difference!

Ideas?

Core temp is correct.
