Random restarts

Hi guys. Just yesterday I got rid of my dying hard drive, and replaced it with two 500gb Seagate 7200.12's. And ever since I've had this wierd problem where the computer restarts every couple of hours, as if it's on a timer. It doesn't show a shut down screen, just goes blank, boots up again. One thing I should note is I did have to reset the bios in order to get windows to install when I set up raid. I've checked all my cables in my PC, the hard drives are very well cooled, tried using different SATA cables, made sure the RAM is in properly, set the boot order correctly, and it's a fresh install of windows 7, i've used this disk manny times, so I know it's not because of that.

Anybody have any ideas? It's really starting to bug me and i'd rather not have to check the hard drives indivdually. I mean, i've error checked, and all seams to be in order, and i've benched them, they seam to be at about the right speeds. And like I mentioned, they are well cooled.

Just can't figure it out.
