Random application popping up in windows taskbar

Every like 10 minutes I have a random application pop up in my windows taskbar and it will close me out of some games and then disappear 1 second later. I cannot right click on it and it is too hard to tell which process it is in task manager.

Any ideas of what would be causing this?

Try running the usual arsenal of spyware & virus appies such as Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE and AVG Free .

I'm going to run a few more spyware programs and I'll try to get a pic but it's so hard to catch it at the exact moment it pops up.
